2025-09-02.2_perfectionism conditions

reading through the fragments i’ve written in the last months, it’s fascinating to see how many times i denounced and spoke out against perfection and perfectionism, while still holding on to it in so many of m(y) day to day actions. how obvious the connecting of the dots seems now that it’s happened. and how it wasn’t possible before.

one lesson to be gleamed from this process is this: “reason” and “logic” are not enough to resolve a harmful contradiction. substantial changes in material conditions are equally, if not more necessary.
